For any purchase made between November 1 and December 31, 2025 (inclusive), on our website climadiff.com, Climadiff offers you the possibility to receive a refund of your order. This offer is strictly reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over and residing in mainland France, Belgium and Luxembourg..

Participation before 01/03/2026. For any order placed between 01/11/2025 and 31/12/2025, you must:

• Complete the participation form below.
• Leave a review about your order on the Climadiff Trustpilot page: https://fr.trustpilot.com/review/climadiff.com
• Provide proof of the review (photo or screenshot accepted).

Then validate your participation online no later than February 28, 2026 (inclusive). Any file sent by post will not be processed. Any file submitted after February 28, 2026 will not be processed.

1 winner, selected by random draw, will receive a refund of their order by bank transfer within 2 weeks following the participation closing date.

Offer valid for all orders placed between 01/11/2025 and 31/12/2025 inclusive on the website climadiff.com, limited to one request per household (same name or same address). This offer is strictly reserved for natural persons aged 18 or over residing in mainland France.

Any incomplete, illegible, or submitted after the deadline will be considered invalid. Your order must be compliant and delivered. Any orders that have already been refunded or are in the process of being refunded are not eligible for this offer.

If your application meets the conditions of the offer, you will be entered into the draw, where 1 winner will receive a refund of their order, using the original payment method, within 2 weeks following the participation closing date.

Any illegible, incomplete, fraudulent application, not complying with the conditions of the offer, or submitted after February 28, 2026 will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected. Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future Climadiff refund offers for a period of 3 years.

Climadiff is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected will be recorded and processed by Climadiff for the purposes of managing the promotion. This data will be retained for the duration necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year.
