Between December 3 and December 31 inclusive, for the purchase from a participating retailer of an AVINTAGE wine cellar from a selection of models, you can receive a refund of up to 300 euros. This offer is reserved exclusively for individuals of legal age residing in mainland France.

Participation before 01/31/2026 included. For any purchase made between 12/03/2025 and 12/31/2025. To validate your participation, you must provide:

1. A proof of purchase (invoice only; any other document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete and will not be eligible for a refund). The words “INVOICE” and “INVOICE NUMBER” must appear on the document.
2. A clear photo of your product unboxed and installed in your home.
3. A clear photo of the nameplate located inside the wine cellar, at the bottom left, showing the required information (serial number marked as “S/N”).
4. A copy of your bank account document (RIB) showing your personal details as well as your IBAN and BIC.
5. Then validate your online participation no later than January 31, 2026 inclusive, the end date of the participation period.

Any file sent by post will not be processed. Once the form has been validated, you will receive your bank transfer within 6 weeks following the end date of the participation period.

• *If you only have an order form because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product and this delivery is scheduled outside the offer dates, complete the online form and upload your order form as a supporting document. You must also notify our teams during the offer period when submitting your file online, at the following email address: customer@groupefrio.com, mentioning the offer. If our teams are not notified, your file will be automatically rejected.

The offer is valid for any eligible appliance purchased between December 3, 2025 and December 31, 2025 from participating retailers (excluding marketplaces except when sold by FRIO ENTREPRISE / Groupe Frio), and is limited to one request per household (same name or same address). This offer is reserved exclusively for individuals of legal age residing in mainland France. The offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions (except for the free filter offer). This offer is not valid for the purchase of refurbished products. Any request that is incomplete, illegible, or sent after the deadline will be considered invalid.

Any file that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the offer conditions, or is submitted after January 31, 2026 will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected. Furthermore, in the event of an attempted fraud or confirmed fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future refund offers from AVINTAGE for a period of 3 years. Only one participation and one product per person (same first name, last name, and postal address) is allowed. An IBAN can only be used once. WARNING: the name appearing on your bank details (RIB) must be the same as the name of the offer beneficiary (the one you will enter on the online participation form).

AVINTAGE is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be recorded and processed for the purpose of managing the operation. This data is kept for the time necessary to fulfill this purpose, up to a maximum of one year. Under no circumstances will your personal data be transmitted to third parties for commercial purposes.
