Between August 18th and October 19th inclusive, for the purchase of an AVINTAGE wine cellar from a participating retailer, among a selection of models, you can receive a refund of up to 300 euros. This offer is reserved exclusively for private individuals of legal age residing in mainland France.

Participation before 11/19/2025 included. For any purchase made between 08/18/2025 and 10/19/2025. To participate, you must provide:

1. A proof of purchase (invoice only; any other document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete and cannot be refunded). The words “INVOICE” and “INVOICE NUMBER” must appear on the document.
2. A clear photo of your product in use in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and installed).
3. A clear photo of your wine cellar’s nameplate, located inside the unit at the bottom left, showing the same identifying information (serial number marked “S/N”).
4. A copy of your bank details (RIB) showing your personal information as well as your IBAN and BIC.
5. Then validate your online participation no later than November 19th, 2025 inclusive, which is the participation deadline.

Any file sent by postal mail will not be processed. Once your form is validated, you will receive your bank transfer within 6 weeks following the participation deadline.

• *If you only have a purchase order because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product and the delivery is scheduled outside the promotional period, complete the online form and upload your purchase order as supporting documentation. Then notify our team during the promotional period at the following email address: customer@groupefrio.com by mentioning the offer. If our team is not informed, your file will be automatically rejected.

The offer is valid for any eligible appliance purchased between August 18th, 2025 and October 19th, 2025 from participating retailers (excluding marketplaces unless sold by FRIO ENTREPRISE / Groupe Frio), limited to one request per household (same name or same address). This offer is reserved exclusively for private individuals of legal age residing in mainland France. The offer cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions (except for free filters). This offer is not valid for the purchase of refurbished products. Any incomplete, illegible, or late submission will be considered inadmissible.

Any unreadable, incomplete, fraudulent file, any submission not complying with the offer conditions, or any submission made after November 19th, 2025, will be considered non-compliant and will be permanently rejected. Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future AVINTAGE refund offers for a period of 3 years. Only one participation and one product per person (same first name, last name, and postal address) is allowed. An IBAN can only be used once. WARNING: The name appearing on your bank details (RIB) must match the beneficiary name entered on the online participation form. AVINTAGE is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the collected information may be recorded and processed for the management of the operation. It is kept only for the time necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year. Under no circumstances will your personal data be shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
