Purchase
A refund or free offer is valid for a purchase made during a predefined period, on a list of eligible products.
Participation form
Once your purchase has been made, you must complete the online form and attach all the required supporting documents.
File processing
Once your application has been submitted, it is processed within 5 weeks after the participation deadline.
Refund
If your application is accepted, you will receive your refund / gift within 6 weeks after the participation deadline.
