Between 22 August 2026 and 19 October 2026 inclusive, when you purchase a CLIMADIFF wine cellar from a participating retailer, from a selection of eligible models, Climadiff will offer you up to €200 in a CAVAVIN gift card, up to the amount paid for the product. This offer is available exclusively to individuals aged 18 or over residing in mainland France.

Pre-orders placed during the same period are also eligible for the offer.

Participation by 19/11/2026 inclusive. For any purchase made between 22 August and 19 October 2026. To participate, you must provide:
  1. Complete the participation form below.
  2. Proof of purchase (invoice only; any other supporting document will be rejected and your participation file will be considered incomplete and cannot be approved). The words “INVOICE”, the “INVOICE NUMBER” and the product purchased must appear on the document.
  3. A clear photo of your product installed in your home (the product must be fully unpacked and installed).
  4. A clear photo of the rating plate of your wine cellar, located inside the cellar at the bottom left, showing the required information (including the serial number).
  5. Then validate your online participation no later than 19 November 2026 inclusive, the closing date for participation.

Special case for pre-orders:

If you have placed a pre-order and do not yet have all the required documents or information (product not yet delivered), you must:

  • Complete the online form within the required timeframe.

  • You must send an email to customer@groupefrio.com, mentioning the promotional offer, so that your request can be taken into account.

⚠️ Without this email, your participation will automatically be rejected.

Applications sent by post will not be processed. Once the form has been validated, you will receive your gift card within 6 weeks following the closing date for participation, i.e. no later than 31 December 2026.
  • *If you only have an order confirmation because the invoice will be issued upon delivery of the product, and delivery is scheduled outside the promotional period, complete the online form and upload your order confirmation as supporting documentation. When submitting your application online during the promotional period, you must also inform our teams by email at customer@groupefrio.com, mentioning the promotional offer. If our teams are not informed, your application will automatically be rejected.

Offer valid for any eligible appliance purchased between 22 August 2026 and 19 October 2026 from retailers participating in the promotion (excluding marketplaces, except when sold by FRIO ENTREPRISE / Groupe Frio), limited to one claim per household (same name or same address). This offer is exclusively available to individuals aged 18 or over residing in mainland France.
This offer cannot be combined with the purchase of a refurbished product; the offer is only valid for the purchase of a new product.
Any incomplete or illegible claim, or any claim submitted after the deadline, will be considered invalid.
Any application that is illegible, incomplete, fraudulent, does not comply with the terms and conditions of the offer, or is submitted after 19 November 2026 will be considered invalid and will be permanently rejected. Furthermore, in the event of attempted or proven fraud, you will no longer be eligible for future promotional offers from CLIMADIFF for a period of 3 years. Only one participation and one product per person (same surname, first name and postal address). CLIMADIFF is committed to respecting your privacy and protecting the information you provide. By participating in the offer, you agree that the information collected may be recorded and processed for the purpose of managing the promotion. This information will be retained for the period necessary for this purpose, up to a maximum of one year. Under no circumstances will your personal data be shared with third parties for commercial purposes. In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, you have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete the personal data you have provided to us.
